Global Reach Telecommunications Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong under company registration 1509972 and business registration 53041506. We operate as a principal on every route we sell, which means the party you contract with is the party that answers when a corridor misbehaves.
Hong Kong sits at the junction of the trans-Pacific and Asia-Europe cable systems, inside one of the world's most liberal telecommunications regimes. Operating our switching core here lets us hold direct agreements across Greater China, South-East Asia and the Gulf without intermediate resale.
Rates are quoted against a defined quality envelope, not a marketing claim. If a route cannot hold the profile we sold, it is withdrawn and repriced rather than quietly degraded — the practice that has cost the wholesale market its credibility.
Our interconnect portfolio is built over years, not quarters. Reciprocal swap arrangements, netting terms and shared capacity commitments give both sides of an agreement a reason to protect quality rather than trade on it.
02 · Reach
Our footprint is built on direct interconnection rather than resale. Traffic handed to us in Hong Kong is switched across owned capacity and bilateral operator agreements at the world's principal exchange points, then delivered into more than 180 destinations on routes we monitor call-by-call. Every corridor carries at least two independent paths, and our routing policy engine re-weights them continuously against live answer-seizure ratio, average call duration and post-dial delay telemetry.

We buy capacity on subsea systems and terrestrial backhaul directly, and we hold our own interconnect agreements with licensed operators at both ends of a corridor. That removes the hidden resale layers that distort quality, inflate cost and make fault resolution slow.

Each destination is served by a primary and at least one secondary route, both profiled for answer-seizure ratio, average call duration and post-dial delay. Routes that drift outside their agreed envelope are demoted automatically before customers see degradation, and CLI integrity is validated continuously so calls arrive with the presentation number intact.
Bilateral and multilateral wholesale agreements with transparent rate management, reconciliation and settlement.
Rate sheets are issued on a predictable cycle with clear effective dates, and changes are never applied retroactively. Interconnect can be established on prepaid, postpaid or netting terms, and our commercial team supports swap arrangements where both parties carry reciprocal traffic across complementary footprints.
Direct interconnection with tier-one operators at principal exchange points across three continents.
New interconnects are provisioned on redundant session border controllers in geographically separate facilities, with signalling and media paths tested end-to-end before commercial traffic is admitted. Testing covers codec negotiation, DTMF integrity, fax and voice-band data handling, and release-cause mapping so faults are attributable rather than disputed.
Redundant SIP delivery with concurrent-channel elasticity and geographic failover as standard.
Trunks are delivered against IP authentication or registration, with per-trunk channel ceilings, burst allowances and configurable overflow. Failover is DNS SRV and dual-homed at the signalling layer, so a facility loss moves sessions to the secondary core without customer reconfiguration.
Managed international voice for multinational enterprises, contact centres and platform operators.
Contact centre traffic is carried on quality-first profiles with dedicated capacity reservations for peak campaigns. Enterprise customers receive named technical contacts, scheduled service reviews and reporting that pairs traffic volume with quality metrics, so commercial and operational decisions are made against the same evidence.
Least-cost and quality-first routing policies re-evaluated in real time against live network telemetry.
Our policy engine ingests call detail records continuously and scores every route against cost, quality and stability. Customers select the posture they need per destination, from strict quality-first for retail-facing traffic to blended profiles for high-volume wholesale, and can hold different postures on the same trunk by prefix.

Four layers, each independently redundant. The network is designed so that any single facility, cable system or signalling core can be lost without a call being dropped, and so that every route in service can be explained with evidence rather than assurances.

Interconnect enquiries, wholesale rate requests and enterprise voice requirements are answered by our Hong Kong operations team — not a call centre and not a reseller. New interconnects are typically tested and in service within five working days of commercial agreement.
