Each destination is served by a primary and at least one secondary route, both profiled for answer-seizure ratio, average call duration and post-dial delay. Routes that drift outside their agreed envelope are demoted automatically before customers see degradation, and CLI integrity is validated continuously so calls arrive with the presentation number intact.

New interconnects are provisioned on redundant session border controllers in geographically separate facilities, with signalling and media paths tested end-to-end before commercial traffic is admitted. Testing covers codec negotiation, DTMF integrity, fax and voice-band data handling, and release-cause mapping so faults are attributable rather than disputed.

SIP Trunking

Redundant SIP delivery with concurrent-channel elasticity and geographic failover as standard.

Trunks are delivered against IP authentication or registration, with per-trunk channel ceilings, burst allowances and configurable overflow. Failover is DNS SRV and dual-homed at the signalling layer, so a facility loss moves sessions to the secondary core without customer reconfiguration.

Four layers, each independently redundant. The network is designed so that any single facility, cable system or signalling core can be lost without a call being dropped, and so that every route in service can be explained with evidence rather than assurances.

Switching Layer
Redundant session border controllers and softswitch clusters in geographically separated Hong Kong facilities, each sized to carry the full production load alone. Maintenance is performed on a drained node, never on live traffic.
Transport Layer
Protected capacity on multiple subsea systems with terrestrial diversity behind every landing. Corridors are engineered so that no single cable, conduit or landing station is a shared point of failure.
Control Layer
A routing policy engine that scores each route against cost, quality and stability, applies customer-selected postures per prefix, and demotes degrading routes automatically before human intervention is required.
